Full-timeRemote (UK)
Player controllers, AI directors, save systems and the hundred tiny things that make a game feel right — in modern JavaScript.
What you’ll do
- Build and tune player movement, interactions and encounters
- Extend our horror director and entity AI
- Ship features in small, playable checkpoints
- Write the boring code too: saves, settings, input, accessibility
You might be a fit if you have
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and a love of game feel
- Experience with three.js, Babylon, PlayCanvas, Unity or Godot (we can teach the rest)
- Comfortable with state machines, behaviour trees and deterministic systems
- You play games critically and can explain why something feels good
What we offer
- Competitive salary (shared in the first call — no games)
- Remote-first within the UK, with paid travel for meet-ups
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and your birthday off
- Hardware budget for whatever you need to do your best work
- A real say in what we make next
