Careers
The door’s open.
We’re a small, remote-first studio in the UK. We hire rarely and carefully — people who are brilliant at their craft and a little bit weird about games.
Remote-first
Work from anywhere in the UK. We meet up in person a few times a year, usually somewhere with good coffee.
Small on purpose
Your work ships, and everyone plays it. No layers, no tickets disappearing into the void.
No crunch. Ever.
Sensible hours, real holidays and time to think. Tired people make boring games.
Make your thing
Pitch days every quarter. LEAPLINE started as one.
