Art & Tech
Technical Artist — Real-time Rendering (WebGPU)
Full-timeRemote (UK) · occasional London meet-ups
Make browser games look like they shouldn’t be possible. Shaders, lighting, materials and the pipeline that feeds them.
What you’ll do
- Own the look of levels from blockout to final lighting
- Build procedural materials and post-processing that scale from laptops to desktops
- Tame asset budgets for fast loading over the web
- Work closely with design and audio on moments players talk about
You might be a fit if you have
- Shipped real-time 3D work (games, demos or interactive) with a portfolio to show it
- Comfortable writing shaders — GLSL/WGSL, node materials, or three.js TSL
- An eye for light, mood and restraint; you know when to leave a room dark
- Profile-first instincts: you care about frame time as much as frames
What we offer
- Competitive salary (shared in the first call — no games)
- Remote-first within the UK, with paid travel for meet-ups
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and your birthday off
- Hardware budget for whatever you need to do your best work
- A real say in what we make next
