This End User Licence Agreement (“Licence”) is between you and Solo Frogs Ltd. It applies to every game published on solofrogs.com (each a “Game”), including HUM. It works together with our Terms of Service. By starting a Game you accept this Licence.
1. What we grant you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Games through solofrogs.com, using a supported web browser, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Games are licensed, not sold — we (and our licensors) keep all rights in them.
2. What you can't do
- copy, download for redistribution, re-host, mirror or frame the Games or their assets (textures, audio, voice recordings, models or code);
- sell, rent or sub-license the Games, or charge others to play them;
- reverse engineer or decompile the Games except to the extent the law expressly allows;
- extract assets to use in other projects, or to train machine-learning models;
- use cheats, exploits or automation to interfere with our servers, cloud saves or other players.
Streaming, recording and sharing gameplay videos is welcome — see section 5 of the Terms of Service.
3. System requirements
Our Games are built on modern web technology. HUM uses WebGPU and needs:
| Minimum | Recommended | |
|---|---|---|
| Browser | Chrome or Edge 113+, Safari 26+, or Firefox with WebGPU enabled | Latest desktop Chrome or Edge |
| Device | Desktop or laptop with keyboard & mouse | Desktop with dedicated GPU |
| Graphics | Integrated GPU from 2020 onwards | NVIDIA RTX 2060 / AMD RX 6600 / Apple M1 or better |
| Memory | 8 GB RAM | 16 GB RAM |
| Connection | Broadband for the first load | Headphones strongly recommended |
Mobile phones and tablets aren't supported yet. Performance depends on your hardware, drivers and browser, which are outside our control.
4. Saves and online features
Progress is saved in your browser. If you sign in, save slots can sync to your Solo Frogs account. We may reset, migrate or retire save formats when a Game receives major updates, and we'll do our best to carry your progress forward — but we can't guarantee save data will always be preserved.
5. Updates and availability
We may update Games automatically — fixing bugs, rebalancing, adding content or changing features. Because the Games are free, we may also stop offering a Game, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Content and health
HUM is a horror game recommended for ages 16+. It includes flashing and flickering lights, sudden loud noises and disturbing themes. If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to light, read the photosensitivity section of our Accessibility Statement first. Take breaks; stop playing if you feel unwell.
7. No warranty
The Games are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Our liability is as set out in the Terms of Service.
8. Ending this Licence
This Licence lasts until either of us ends it. It ends automatically if you break it. You can end it by simply not playing. Sections that by their nature should survive (like intellectual property and liability) will continue.
9. Law
This Licence is governed by the law of England and Wales.
