Big Baby Energy is out. Wake the baby.

Our second game is live and free in your browser. You are Quinwin, eleven months old. The moon is a biscuit. The house never stood a chance.

Saturday, 6:02 a.m. Dad is asleep face down on the sofa. Mum is in the garden office on a very important call with Singapore. And upstairs in the nursery, somebody has just stood up in his cot.

BIG BABY ENERGY, our second game, is out now and free to play in your browser. HUM is still our flagship, and still very much in the dark. This is the other side of the studio: bright, loud, sticky and deeply irresponsible.

You are Quinwin, eleven months old. Two teeth, one tuft of hair, no supervision. Your teddy bear, Mr Snuggles (one eye, war-film voice, absolutely in charge), has spotted something through the nursery window: a huge golden biscuit hanging in the sky. The moon. “That’s no moon,” he growls. “That’s dessert.”

Operation Biscuit Moon is go. Freestone Manor never stood a chance.

A real house, for a baby to wreck

The house isn’t a set. It’s a real family home, photographed in 360° room by room and rebuilt in polygons: the carpets, the radiators, the bath, the fridge with the biscuit tin on top (it’s always on top of the fridge). Everything is where it really is, at the size it really is, and an alarming amount of it can be picked up. We’ve written up how we built it, if you like that sort of thing.

What’s in the box

  • 13 orders from Mr Snuggles: escape the cot, defeat the stair gate, pull off the Kitchen Job, outwit the cat, then build a jetpack from a leaf blower, fizzy pop, a bike helmet, duct tape and swimming goggles.
  • 9 forms. Suck a glowing Lost Dummy and hit a Growth Spurt: BIG KID, ADULT QUIN (a grown man’s body, a baby’s head, a nappy), TINY QUIN, BALLOON BABY, ZOOMER and GOLDEN QUIN. Be rude to the cat enough times and you earn CAT QUIN. Then there’s the jetpack.
  • 32 side quests, from Decorate Dad and the Bath Duck Armada to the Sock Dimension and Too Far.
  • Everything is a toy. Grab it (with your mouth), throw it, bonk it, wear it as a hat. Lick it and it gets a taste rating. The TV remote tastes of Saturday. Five stars.
  • The Mum-O-Meter. Make enough noise and Mum comes in from the garden to check. Get spotted on the move and you’re back in the cot. Freeze and be a lamp. She’ll buy it.
  • Dad, asleep on the sofa all game. Stack things on him. He sleep-talks back. Everything is his fault.
  • Biscuit the cat, who judges you, and the Monitor, a baby monitor that files a deadpan incident report on everything you do.
  • SUGAR RUSH. Once you’ve seen the Biscuit Moon, press R and the whole house melts into its dreamy Gaussian-splat twin for forty floaty seconds.
Everything is a hat if you believe.

How to play

Big Baby Energy runs in the browser on WebGL2. No launcher, no install. Use a recent desktop browser with keyboard and mouse, or plug in a gamepad; the on-screen prompts switch to match, and every control can be rebound.

A real house is a lot of house, so it’s a big first load. Give it a minute. After that your browser keeps it, and the next visit is much quicker.

Sign in with your Solo Frogs account and your save syncs to the cloud, so the mess you made on the laptop is still there on the desktop.

Nobody gets hurt. Every fall ends in a bounce and a giggle, and anything that goes wrong gets filed under Dad. Tell us what you broke at hello@solofrogs.com. The Monitor has already logged it.
